Return & Refund Policy
We strive to sell quality
products and accurately describe each product.
Further, we expect that most of our customers will find our
products to be better than expected.
eDocs: Most
Worthgold Music™ scores are digitally
distributed via our online store. eDocs, digital products,
are not "returnable" or refundable. However, if you
experience a problem in downloading or accessing your
product, contact us here to let them know so we can possibly
correct any problems.
Non-digital products are
shipped via UPS. If your product is damaged in shipment, do
not unpack it. Communicate directly with the
carrier's service department and follow their instructions
for making a damage report. We cannot accept returns. All
sales are final.
Methods of Payment Accepted
We accept the following credit cards over the internet:
Visa, Master Card and Discover
This is a secure store. The credit card
data entry and on-line validation is provided using
'Authorize.net' via their servers.
The orders are
encrypted and downloaded to our computers which are double
fire wall protected and the credit card numbers are stripped
to the last four digits before they enter our accounting
system.
All online transactions are handled with
industry-standard SSL encryption.
When you enter
your credit card number into the order form, it is
transmitted across the Internet in an encrypted (scrambled)
form, then decoded when it gets to us.
